We want patients to be aware that the week commencing Monday 18 January, the practice will be running Covid Vaccination Clinics throughout the week at the Health Centre and will be vaccinating hundreds of patients every day.
Please be very clear that the surgery is open to any patients in need of support, and will still be seeing patients face to face where clinically necessary. However, to help us deliver a safe service, we would ask that you only actually visit the surgery if necessary – primarily if you you have an appointment booked. Please do not pop in to arrange an appointment, come in with general enquiries or to drop off a letter. Please contact us by telephone or via our website if preferred.
For safety reasons and to enable the smooth running of the clinics, parking on site will be limited to disabled and essential deliveries. There will be a drop off point at the site entrance for frail patients unable to walk very far. However, patients attending the Practice for vaccination or other appointments can also use the following car parks – The Lighthouse, St Andrew’s Methodist Church, St Joseph’s Church or Tesco Superstore. Volunteer Marshalls will be available to assist and direct you.
Thank you very much for your continued support as we work to deliver this critical service to our practice population and other patients in our area. We are very proud to be part of the Covid Vaccination Campaign process.
Please remember, we are here if you need us.
