Use this facility to:
- Book up to two future appointments (this can include booking a telephone triage appointment).
- Check the time of an appointment.
- Cancel an appointment.
- View dates of up to five previous appointments.
How online appointments work
Appointments you can book
You will be able to book a “telephone triage” slot in the same way as when you call the reception appointment line the appointment will show as a telephone appointment online.
Information required on bookings
You have the option to give a brief description of your symptoms, please ensure that you give a contact telephone number to enable the doctor to contact you (mobile numbers are accepted).
Booking a MI (Minor Illness) face to face appointment
These appointments are with our nurse practitioner and are face to face appointments. You should arrive at the practice on the start time given.
Booking a “telephone triage” appointment online
You may not be called back at the exact time on the booking. You should allow up to 1 hour after the appointment time booked.
What happens next with “telephone triage”
Your booking will appear on our screens for the date you requested and you will receive a call back from the doctor between the time stated, although you should allow up to 1 hour after your booked appointment time. If you have not been called back on the day at the time you requested, please contact the surgery and a receptionist will help you.
What happens next with MI (Minor Illness) face to face appointment?
Your booking will appear on our screens for the date and time you requested arrive at the practice and book in with reception to see our nurse practitioner.
